Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move pallets, boxes, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders to ensure high-quality fulfillment standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory records using scanning equipment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following proper storage protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (on-the-job training available for candidates without).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Computer Skills: Basic familiarity with computers and handheld scanners is a plus.
- Availability: Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo a background check.
