Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Shift Support: Assist in maintaining efficient workflow during peak hours and busy seasons.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for scanning and counting.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background screening.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
