As an Overnight Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are prepared for the next day's delivery. We value safety, accuracy, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Scan barcodes and accurately update inventory systems to ensure stock accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping according to strict quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with regular inventory audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods on concrete floors.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners effectively.
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols.
