Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload materials efficiently.
- Inspect, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and productive workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
