Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts as per company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
- Support special projects and peak season demand through flexible overtime scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
