Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas to optimize warehouse space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics challenges
- Adhere to strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and emergency procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software (training provided)
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as operational needs demand
