Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders for accuracy using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Operate packaging machinery and label shipments according to customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required for entry-level roles).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
