Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory through accurate scanning, sorting, and stocking operations
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends for overtime
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
