Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform daily inventory checks and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License (not always required, but a plus).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
