Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments accurately using inventory management systems.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with precision and speed.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse tidy, organized, and compliant with storage regulations.
- Reporting: Assist in daily cycle counts and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning technology quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work overtime as needed.
