Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process customer orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure efficient workflow.
- Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trailers efficiently, verifying contents against shipping manifests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attitude.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
