Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on quality and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with the system.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk on warehouse floors.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
