Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move materials within the facility.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately select and package products to ensure orders are shipped on time.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trucks and trailers.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime shifts.
- License: Valid driver's license and forklift certification (certification provided for qualified candidates).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
