Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to pick, pack, and ship orders with 99% accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
