Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers, trucks, and pallets safely and efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to pick, pack, and stage orders.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including temperature-controlled environments and outdoor loading docks.
