Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to ensure damage-free delivery and correct item counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize scanning technology and warehouse management systems to update inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays for overtime.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred for internal transport).
