Responsibilities
- Efficiently process incoming shipments and outgoing orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Package and label products according to specifications ensuring quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends as needed
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
