Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring all safety regulations are followed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders.
- Assist in general facility maintenance and organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider experience).
- Ability to pass a standard background check (No background check required for entry).
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
