Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Receive incoming stock, inspect items for damage, and accurately log inventory into the system.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyors to move products safely throughout the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before they are shipped.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be punctual for all shifts.
- Basic Math Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to count accurately.
- Communication: Basic English skills for understanding safety instructions and communicating with the team.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
