Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinate with local drivers.
- Reconcile stock discrepancies and update digital logs in real-time.
- Assist in organizing digital filing systems and maintaining safety compliance documentation.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff regarding stock levels and order priorities.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to logistics operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred but not required.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Must be available for occasional weekend overtime.
