Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inbound/outbound inventory, and perform cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks to move heavy materials.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace to meet safety compliance standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
