Responsibilities
- Receive and Verify: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify accuracy of invoices against physical goods.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and math skills are required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
