Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare merchandise for delivery using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and count stock items against records, scanning items into the inventory system.
- Pack and seal products securely for shipment to ensure zero damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in the receiving and shipping of goods, including labeling and tagging.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working flexible shifts.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy is advantageous.
