Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and ship products accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Receive and inspect incoming freight to verify quantity and condition.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory management processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory for this entry-level role).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor dock operations).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
