- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Material Handling: Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging standards.
- Safe Work Environment: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
