Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are replenished efficiently.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping labels.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Equipment Handling: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect shipments for damage or errors before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets and barcodes.
- Must be reliable and able to work a consistent weekly schedule.
