Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise accurately for shipment.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when picking orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (loading docks).
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move around the warehouse actively.
