Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and shipments using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, check, and count merchandise to ensure accuracy in stock levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labeling and documentation is correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse machinery as trained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team members with daily tasks to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read labels and scan codes.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- License: Valid driver's license (for some driving/logistics roles).
