Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and other materials efficiently using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with available overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
