Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and pallets using appropriate equipment.
- Packing & Shipping: Organize, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation, inventory counts, and maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep the workspace organized and hazard-free.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer requirements.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean and assist with general facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic Skills: Good reading comprehension and basic math skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego facility.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety standards.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
