Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in accordance with daily production goals.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, especially during peak shipping seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to use handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
