Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack items based on customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information, barcodes, and addresses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Process returns and inventory adjustments as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
