Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and WMS software.
- Verify product quantities and ensure correct labeling for shipping.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts as required.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
