As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and shipped on time to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from inventory shelves according to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems safely.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during inbound and outbound operations.
- Verify order contents against packing slips to minimize errors.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail stocking role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read labels and order numbers accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under time pressure.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
