Responsibilities
- Retrieve, sort, and pack merchandise based on customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Verify quantities and scan items using handheld scanners or computer systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Load trucks and prepare packages for outbound shipping.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we welcome entry-level applicants.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
