Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners and picking machines.
- Verify product conditions and quantities against packing slips before sealing boxes.
- Wrap, label, and stage packages for shipping according to carrier requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
