Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying inventory against shipping documents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read scanners/pickers.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
