As a core member of our fulfillment center, you will play a crucial role in getting products to our customers efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with high accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, utilizing appropriate material handling equipment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, retail stocking, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning and inventory verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.
