Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Maintenance: Keep accurate records of inventory counts and ensure stock is rotated correctly.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on warehouse floors.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
