Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare and package items according to customer specifications and strict safety standards.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure warehouse aisles and workspaces are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Load goods onto pallets or conveyor belts for shipment in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular quality checks on packaging materials and finished orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain optimal workflow and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and availability for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
