Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Inspect, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment to ensure quality and safety.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
