Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare packages for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Process returns, damaged goods, and restock shelves as needed.
- Operate scanning equipment (RF guns) to update inventory systems in real-time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (if operating company vehicle).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and rotating shifts as required.
