Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure inventory accuracy and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and following traffic patterns.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
