Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, sealed, and ready for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) as trained and certified.
- Process shipments and update inventory systems in real-time.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow safety instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
