Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and verifying incoming inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor belts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and clutter-free to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer interfaces.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and be punctual.
