Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from inventory using handheld scanners and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure correct labeling and packaging materials are used.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies to the shift lead.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clear and organized to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to working the full scheduled shift.
