Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect and verify products against shipping manifests to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks as needed to support daily logistics operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
