Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring stock levels are organized.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently handle goods for inbound and outbound delivery trucks.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent work experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to count, read, and comprehend instructions.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a positive work attitude.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
