Responsibilities
- Scan and pick merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Package items securely to ensure safe delivery, adhering to all shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves and packing stations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or quality issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency targets.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or pallet jacks when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety.
