Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders with high accuracy and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Scanning barcodes and verifying inventory counts using handheld scanners.
- Ensuring packages are securely wrapped, labeled, and ready for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Performing quality control checks on outgoing products.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
